Ever wonder how we manage all those documents issued in Arabic? This fun session is perfect for any non-Arabic speaking credential evaluator who wants to feel more comfortable with this language on educational documents. We will learn the basics such as alphabet and language structures through a series of practical exercises based on a variety of sample documents. We will practice reading names, recognizing key terminology, and deciphering seals. At the end, we will also review selected fraudulent case studies and peruse online tools for conducting research on Arabic-language websites. By the time we are finished, "jamiya" and " wizara" will no longer be mystery words! Note: this is a 90-minute webinar.
Note: Zoom links will be sent to the email addresses on file for registered attendees about 1 hour before each webinar begins. In addition, about 15 minutes before each webinar, the green "Join Meeting" button on each webinar description page will be activated for registered attendees who login.
