Presenter BiographiesMandy Morrison is the Research Evaluator at Scholaro, Inc. and serves on the TAICEP Standards & Quality Committee as the lead for the Francophone Africa Research Project. She previously worked as an assistant registrar. She earned her BA degree in Geography from Appalachian State University and her MEd degree in Higher Education Administration from Columbia College, SC. She lived for three years in Marseille, France and is a Francophone specialist, with an upcoming NAFSA publication on the education system in Algeria and a previous TAICEP 2022 presentation on Education in Burundi.

Presenter Biographies ContinuedSéverine Kassimou is the Director of Evaluations at the Foundation for International Services, Inc. and has worked with FIS from 2005 to 2007, and from 2010 to the present. In addition to expertise in foreign credentials evaluation and immigration services, she has relevant international education experience in translation and international curriculum development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the Université de Bretagne Occidentale /UBO and a Master of Arts from the University of Wales Swansea/UBO. Professional organizations include NAFSA: Association of International Educators, the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and The Association for International Credential Evaluation Professionals (TAICEP).
